Das Sales Team der Investmentpunk Academy wird erweitert. Wir suchen nach einem oder einer eigenverantwortlichen Telefonist für die laufende Neukundengewinnung.

Unser Team besteht aus jungen, motivierten Mitarbeitern. Wir arbeiten in einem sehr anspruchsvollen wie positiven Arbeitsumfeld und stellen uns jeden Tag neuen Herausforderungen.

Die Investment Punk Academy ist eine Plattform, die über Videos und Expertenchats finanzielles Wissen in kompakter, verständlicher und anwendbarer Form vermittelt. Mehrere tausend Kunden nutzen unsere Plattform seit dem Launch im Jahr 2015. Zusätzlich bieten wir unseren Kunden Seminare und mehrtägige VIP-Events in Österreich, Deutschland und EU-Ausland. Dabei geht es neben Wissensvermittlung vor allem um Networking und persönlichen Kontakt zu unseren Kunden.

Dein Profil:

· Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse

· Freude am Telefonieren

· Selbstsicheres Auftreten

· Sehr gute EDV- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse

· Kundenorientierung liegt Dir im Blut

Konditionen:

· Gehalt: ab €2.000 Brutto (Vollzeit) + klarer Karriereweg mit regelmäßigen Gehaltserhöhungen

· Arbeitszeit: Teilzeit (20h) - Vollzeit (40h)

· Arbeitsverhältnis: Festanstellung

Deine Aufgaben:

· Du kümmerst Dich um die Kontaktaufnahme und -pflege mit bereits generierten Leads, um deren Bedürfnisse und Ansprüche für eine künftige Zusammenarbeit zu eruieren.

· Aktive Gespräche am Telefon führen, mit Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke

· Vereinbarung von Terminen für unsere Kundenberater/Vertriebsteam

· Die genaue Verwaltung der Kundendaten im CRM-System
