  • Update forecast assumptions for customer receipts, aggregate people expense, operating expenses, and other cash activity.
  • Analyze and explain changes from prior forecasts, key assumptions, projected liquidity, and significant risks for Controller and CFO review.

  • Other operating expenses
  • Prepare monthly budget-to-actual reporting by department and budget owner.
  • Schedule and participate in regular meetings with budget owners to review spending, commitments, forecasts, and potential savings. Identify significant budget variances and follow up with budget owners to understand drivers and expected future spending.
  • Maintain updated non-people expense forecasts based on information received from budget owners.
  • Maintain a centralized inventory of Company SaaS and software subscriptions, including contract terms, costs, renewal dates, owners, and notice requirements. Maintain contracts and supporting documentation for software subscriptions.
  • Proactively monitor upcoming renewals and provide sufficient lead time for business owners to evaluate whether subscriptions should be renewed, renegotiated, reduced, or cancelled. Coordinate with Finance and IT.
  • Work directly with budget owners to identify unused or underutilized subscriptions and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure software purchases and renewals follow the Company's contracting and approval processes.
  • Monitor actual software spending against budget and report significant variances.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
