Agir à titre de stagiaire afin d’apprendre le métier de directeur de comptes, de la prospection jusqu’au déboursement d’un financement. Collaborer entre autres au développement des affaires, à la rédaction de dossiers de financement, à l’aspect légal, au suivi clients postdéboursé et à la conformité.

Les tâches :

  • Dans le cadre de transactions de financement, accompagner les directeurs de comptes, les analystes et les techniciens dans les processus de financement, notamment comme soutien au montage de dossiers et d’analyses sommaires, en procédant à la validation des informations financières en vue d’un sommaire ou d’une recommandation de financement.
  • Participer à la préparation des dossiers de financement, servant à des fins de présentation auprès des instances d’IQ.
  • Soutenir l'analyse des dossiers de financement et au cheminement du dossier jusqu’au déboursement.
  • Accompagner et soutenir le directeur de comptes et le technicien dans leurs activités liées au développement des affaires et procéder aux suivis.
  • Participer aux recommandations décrivant les conditions de financement, les conditions de suivi, les engagements, et ce, en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs de comptes responsables.
  • Compléter la saisie des états financiers dans le logiciel interne.
  • Contribuer à évaluer le risque de crédit à l’aide des outils de notation de la Société.
  • Participer aux discussions, au besoin, avec les différents paliers d’autorisation de crédit.
  • Se tenir au fait des changements apportés aux politiques, aux procédures et aux processus détaillés, et des tendances en matière de crédit et de réglementation qui pourraient avoir des répercussions sur la Société.

Les exigences :

  • Être étudiant à temps plein dans un programme de baccalauréat en administration des affaires, finances, comptabilité ou toute autre discipline pertinente et avoir complété les deux premières années d’étude du programme.
  • Maîtriser le français (parlé et écrit).
  • Maîtriser l’anglais (parlé et écrit) constitue un atout.
  • Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel, PowerPoint et Word.

Salaire : 20,87 $ à 30,93 $ de l’heure selon le niveau de scolarité.

L'offre de stage vise la session d’hiver et sera d'une durée approximative de 16 semaines pour la période de janvier à avril 2027.

Le candidat doit être aux études ou sur le point de les terminer dans les mois à venir. Les personnes ayant terminé leurs études depuis plus de trois mois ne seront pas considérées.
