Kundenanfragen bearbeiten & beraten Du beantwortest ein hohes Volumen an Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail. Du kommunizierst klar und professionell – auch wenn es mal turbulent wird behältst du eine kühlen Kopf. Produktberatung & Konfiguration Du verstehst, was Kunden wirklich brauchen, und stellst die passenden Produktkombinationen zusammen. Bei der Konfiguration individueller Lösungen bist du aktiver Sparringspartner – nicht nur Bestellannehmer. Angebots- & Auftragsmanagement Du erstellst Angebote und bearbeitest Aufträge vollständig und sorgfältig – von der ersten Anfrage bis zur finalen Abwicklung. Auch wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, verlierst du die Qualität nicht aus dem Blick. Backoffice & operative Unterstützung Du hältst den Laden am Laufen: Klassische Backoffice-Tätigkeiten erledigst du effizient und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft. Betreuung von Webshop-Kunden Du unterstützt unsere Onlinekunden bei Fragen rund um Produkte, Bestellungen und Prozesse – und sorgst dafür, dass jede Interaktion eine positive Erfahrung bleibt.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und professionell – auch wenn es mal turbulent wird. Druck bringt dich nicht aus der Ruhe, sondern spornt dich an.
  • Du bringst idealerweise 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder einer kundenorientierten Rolle mit – telefonisch oder im direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, priorisierst klug und verlierst auch bei hohem Aufkommen nicht den Fokus auf Qualität.
  • Du bist eine Persönlichkeit mit Energie und Biss: Du packst an, übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst Kunden mit echter Begeisterung auf deine Seite.
  • MS Office, ERP- und CRM-Systeme sind für dich tägliche Werkzeuge – der Umgang damit ist für dich selbstverständlich.
