  • Act as an intermediary between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clarity in requirements and that solutions align with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end business operations and data utilization across various teams and systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business cases, process diagrams, UI/UX mockups, and user stories to facilitate effective communication.
  • Support functional/system integration testing (SIT) by reviewing test cases crafted by testers and addressing any issues or change requests.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by formulating test plans and cases, and coordinating with end users to validate system functionalities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system monitoring, resolve issues, and deliver increased business value.
  • Aid in preparing reports and presentations to communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to user training and system launch efforts by developing user manuals and training materials, conducting training sessions, and gathering user feedback.

Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
