A top-tier investment bank seeks five Java/Full-stack Developers of varying seniority levels to create a cutting-edge digital experience for high-net-worth clients across Asia and Australia. The ideal candidates will design and build using a modern web stack and framework-agnostic design system, playing vital roles in shaping our frontend architecture and establishing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a problem solver
  • Contribute to our core library and design system.
  • Prototype and redesign features to enhance user experience.
  • Engage in code and technical design reviews.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Document application changes effectively.
  • Collaborate with global team members and stakeholders.
  • Embrace agile development principles and promote CI/CD practices.
  • Exhibit a self-starter mindset with strong leadership and team-oriented goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Core Java with a solid foundation in Object-Oriented design.
  • Experience with domain-driven design and event/message-driven architectures (MQs, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with microservices and caching technologies.
  • Knowledge of relational and document databases for high-volume data processing.
  • Quick learner who can grasp complex functional processes.
  • Practical experience in DevOps and agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks (React).

Big Plus If You Have:

  • Experience in DevOps and cloud deployments.
  • Expertise in designing and building scalable platforms.
  • A desire to learn about functional domains.
