1. 戰略規劃與領導：制定與公司整體戰略高度協同的集團市場發展規劃，領導年度市場計劃的實施，確保品牌與市場目標達成

2. 整合營銷推廣：全盤統籌線上線下全渠道營銷活動（包括數字廣告內容營銷媒體關係展會及大型公關活動），確保創意落地與投資回報最優化

- 全盤統籌數字廣告佈局-程式化投放（DSPAd ExchangepDOOH 等）按人群標籤與場景做精準投放，關注品牌安全與轉化效果善用大平台閉環（如阿里騰訊系）做曝光–點擊–轉化–復盤一體化

- 內容營銷與私域-以官方號（微信公眾號/視頻號抖音號小紅書號）為主陣地，輸出產品場景使用教程客戶故事與直播內容微信私域（企業微信 + 社群 + 小程序）用於活動報名售後服務和會員運營，形成品牌的長期資產

- 品牌發布會與大型公關活動-邀請主流媒體垂直媒體與KOL/KOC，設計可視覺化可被拍攝與剪輯的亮點環節（儀式裝置互動）現場全程佈局二維碼（報名領券加入社群），將線下人流導入線上私域池

3. 團隊建設與跨部門管理：組建並領導0-1 專業市場團隊，負責人才招募培養與績效管理；高效協同銷售產品運營等部門，確保資源整合與項目順利推進

4. 預算與資源管理：負責集團市場預算的編制審批與全過程管控，優化資源配置，提升整體營銷支出效率定期做渠道與活動的ROI分析，動態調整預算與內容方向

6. 品牌聲譽與危機管理：主導品牌公關策略，具備處理突發公關危機的實戰能力，維護公司長期品牌資產

任職要求:

學歷背景：工商管理市場營銷或相關專業本科及以上學歷

最少8年或以上市場策劃及品牌管理經驗，必須具備在大型知名企業集團擔任市場部經理

快速消費品行業的市場策劃與品牌建設實戰經驗

互聯網或科技平台的業務管理或統籌經驗

文化創意IP 運營或相關領域的市場推廣與品牌戰略經驗擁有全面管理過60人以上市場團隊的經驗
