The posting

We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Technology operations in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong IT management experience and expertise in SAP, eCommerce, and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities: - Lead regional Tech initiatives and support global solution rollouts - Manage and operate regional platforms, provide user support - Maintain core systems, support new store openings, manage vendors - Provide operational metrics, performance reporting for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field - 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years as IT Manager in MNC - Hands-on experience with SAP, eCommerce, OMS, Jda systems -Understanding of E2E eCommerce operations and diverse eCommerce environments in APAC - Strong relationships with service providers in APAC -Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Excellent communicator, good presentation skills
