Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and cultivating new business opportunities in the lending, loan, and core banking sector across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential clients in the financial services industry, including banks, credit unions, and fintech companies

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions

- Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing strategic sales plans and executing effective sales strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client needs

- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging business opportunities

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the lending, loan, or core banking industry

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with the lending, loan, and core banking market in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan is a plus
