Responsabilità principali:

Monitoraggio e analisi di alert legati a possibili eventi fraudolenti che coinvolgono la Banca e/o il cliente;

Gestione delle transazioni sospette e interazione con il cliente finale per approfondimenti;

Verifica e validazione dell’autenticità delle operazioni finanziarie.

Competenze, esperienza e qualifiche richieste:

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;

Eccellente padronanza della lingua italiana, sia parlata che scritta;

Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.

Qualità che fanno la differenza:

Proattività e flessibilità;

Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli;

Capacità di gestione delle priorità e orientamento al risultato.

Contratto a tempo indeterminato con pacchetto sociale completo.
