Als Advisor Commercial/Pricing Strategy & Planning bist du für die Preis- und Werbestrategie deiner Produktfamilien über nationale und internationale Marken hinweg verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement, dem Marketing und weiteren Teams entwickelst du E-Commerce-Strategien, die Umsätze, Wachstum und Marktanteile steigern. Du analysierst Wettbewerber sowie Markttrends und optimierst die Positionierung von Produkten, Preisen und Angeboten.

Du arbeitest an strategisch wichtigen Marken und Produktlinien mit hoher Sichtbarkeit im Management sowie ehrgeizigen Wachstumszielen und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kommerz- und Preisstrategie voran.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Online Pricing- und Promotion-Strategien zur Steigerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität, Neukundengewinnung und Marktanteilen.
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Preisanalysen sowie Aufbau und Pflege von Benchmarks zur Bewertung unserer Produkt- und Preispositionierung.
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Erfolgsmessung von Pricing- und Promotion-Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle.
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung von Pricing-Roadmaps im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
  • Analyse relevanter Commercial Performance-Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Marketing, Sales und weiteren Teams.
  • Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Angebote und Kommunikation sowie Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelorabschluss in BWL, VWL, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Pricing, Marketing oder Product Management, idealerweise im Online-, IT-/Technologieumfeld.
  • Sehr gute analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Daten.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel zu steuern.
  • Fließende Englisch- sowie und Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch oder Spanisch sind ein Plus.
  • Erfahrung und starkes Interesse an der Nutzung von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag, z. B. der Einsatz von Generativer KI zur Synthese von Marktanalysen und für die Datenmodellierung.
  • Neugierige, offene und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Interesse an einem dynamischen Umfeld.
  • Strukturierte, organisierte und hands-on Arbeitsweise mit gutem Priorisierungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
