Als Website Analyst bist du das analytische Rückgrat unseres Online-Shops. Du verstehst es, aus riesigen Datenmengen nicht nur Reports, sondern echte Wachstumshebel zu generieren. Du arbeitest direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Marketing und Product und sorgst dafür, dass jede Entscheidung auf validen Daten basiert. Bei IONOS gestaltest du die Zukunft des Hostings und Cloud-Business aktiv mit.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Data Strategy & Ownership: Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Analyse der Customer Journey in unserem Online-Shop und definierst die KPIs, an denen wir unseren Erfolg messen.
  • Insight Generation: Du lieferst keine reinen Zahlen, sondern "Actionable Insights". Du erkennst Reibungspunkte im Funnel und leitest konkrete Optimierungsvorschläge für das E-Commerce Management ab.
  • Testing & Personalisierung: Du bist Sparringspartner für unser Conversion-Optimierungs-Team (CRO), begleitest A/B-Tests statistisch sauber und bewertest deren Impact auf den CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
  • Tracking-Architektur: Gemeinsam mit dem Data Engineering stellst du ein präzises Tracking sicher (Client- & Server-side) und sorgst für höchste Datenqualität in einer Post-Cookie-Ära.
  • Stakeholder Management: Du bereitest komplexe Analysen für das Management (Bereichsleitung) so auf, dass sie als fundierte Entscheidungsvorlage dienen.

Qualifikationen

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige (5+) Erfahrung im Bereich Web-Analytics oder Digital Analytics, idealerweise in einem High-Traffic E-Commerce Umfeld oder bei einem SaaS-Anbieter.
  • Du beherrschst die gängigen Tools im Schlaf (z.B. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Matomo). SQL ist für dich Standard, und Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z.B. Tableau, Looker) setzen wir voraus.
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Attributionsmodelle, Customer Journeys und Web-Technologien (HTML, JS, CSS).
  • Du gibst dich nicht mit dem Status Quo zufrieden. Du hinterfragst Daten kritisch und hast den Drive, Prozesse proaktiv zu verbessern.
  • Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und überzeugend auf Deutsch und Englisch vermitteln.
