IOTA Group accompagne depuis plus de 40 ans ses clients dans la mise à disposition de compétences techniques spécialisées pour des projets complexes à l’international, notamment dans les secteurs du pétrole et du gaz, de l’énergie.

Pour CSLPi, IOTA recherche un Directeur Technique expérimenté.

Description du poste

  • Réponse aux appels d’offres et élaboration des offres techniques et financières.
  • Étude de faisabilité des projets et estimation des coûts.
  • Pilotage des études d’avant-projet en coordination avec les bureaux d’études.
  • Gestion des budgets, plannings et suivi financier des affaires.
  • Réalisation des devis, optimisation des coûts et garantie de la rentabilité des projets.
  • Suivi technique des chantiers et support aux équipes travaux.
  • Participation au choix des sous-traitants et contrôle de la qualité des réalisations.
  • Gestion de la relation client, des réunions de suivi et des éventuelles réclamations.
  • Réalisation du reporting et veille technique sur les innovations du secteur.
  • Application et promotion des règles HSE : analyse des risques, gestion des non-conformités, suivi des actions correctives et respect des procédures de sécurité.
  • Encadrement, coordination et développement des équipes : planification des activités, accompagnement, formation et évaluation des collaborateurs.

Qualifications

  • Grande expertise technique en génie civil et en terrassement,
  • Connaissances de terrain (exécution),
  • Bonnes connaissances en gestion financière,
  • Connaissances des procédures administratives de prospection, de suivi et de réponse aux appels d'offres, en particulier lorsque ceux-ci relèvent des marchés publics,
  • Bonnes connaissances en management de projet,
  • Maitrise des techniques et des logiciels de dessin industriel (AUTOCAD, ou équivalent),
  • Maîtrise des logiciels du BTP, et du pack office,
  • Maitrise de l’anglais technique et commercial,
  • Connaissance du Règlement Intérieur,

Très bonne maitrise des normes qualité et des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement
