Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, IOTA Group accompagne l'un de ses partenaires internationaux, acteur majeur du secteur de l'énergie et de l'Oil & Gas, dans la réalisation de ses projets industriels.

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Planning Senior H/F pour intervenir sur un projet d'envergure, dans le cadre d'une mission d'assistance technique de longue durée.

Description du poste

En tant qu'Ingénieur Planning Senior, vous serez responsable de la planification, du pilotage et du contrôle des délais du projet, afin de garantir le respect des engagements contractuels, des jalons clés et des objectifs de performance.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Planification et structuration du projet :

  • Développer, consolider et maintenir le planning directeur du projet (niveaux 1 à 4).
  • Définir la Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) et structurer les interfaces entre les différentes disciplines.
  • Établir les jalons contractuels et les plannings de référence (Baseline).
  • Définir les indicateurs de performance planning.

Pilotage et contrôle des délais :

  • Assurer les mises à jour hebdomadaires et mensuelles du planning.
  • Analyser les écarts entre l'avancement réel et le planning de référence.
  • Identifier les dérives calendaires et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Réaliser les analyses de chemin critique (Critical Path Method).
  • Évaluer les impacts planning liés aux modifications du périmètre.
  • Participer aux réunions et revues d'avancement du projet.

Reporting et suivi de performance :

  • Élaborer les tableaux de bord et rapports d'avancement destinés au management et au client.
  • Préparer les présentations exécutives pour les comités de pilotage.
  • Produire et suivre les KPI planning.

Livrables attendus :

  • Planning directeur niveaux 1 à 4 et Baseline projet.
  • S-Curves et Look Ahead Planning (2 et 4 semaines).
  • Rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels.
  • Tableaux de bord et indicateurs de performance.
  • Historiques et analyses des dérives calendaires.

Qualifications

Formation :

  • Diplôme Bac+5 en Génie Industriel, Génie Civil, Mécanique, Énergie ou formation équivalente.

Expérience professionnelle :

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en planification de projets industriels, notamment dans le secteur Oil & Gas.
  • Expérience confirmée sur des projets EPC/EPCI.
  • Solide expertise en planification, contrôle des délais et analyse des risques calendaires.

Compétences techniques indispensables :

  • Primavera P6 : niveau expert obligatoire.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Project, Excel avancé et Power BI.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de planification EPC/EPCI.
  • Expertise en analyse de chemin critique (CPM), gestion des Baselines et suivi des indicateurs de performance.

Compétences personnelles :

  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et d'anticipation.
  • Communication efficace avec les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Aisance dans les environnements internationaux et multiculturels.

Langues :

  • Français courant.
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire.
