Tražimo pojačanje! Pridruži nam se i preuzmi ključnu ulogu u vođenju našeg razvojnog tima te u modernizaciji softverskih rješenja.

O nama:

IPC d.o.o. tvrtka je koja se bavi razvojem softverskih proizvoda iz domene parkiranja te sustava ulaza/izlaza u zaštićena područja.

Tvoja uloga i odgovornosti:

- Vođenje razvojnog tima od 8 osoba: organizacija i raspodjela zadataka, praćenje napretka te brzo uklanjanje svakodnevnih blokada u radu.

- Operativno vođenje projekta migracije s VB/.NET Frameworka 4 na C#/.NET 10, uključujući planiranje faza, procjenu rizika i postupnu zamjenu dijelova sustava bez prekida rada postojećih korisnika.

- Sudjelovanje u oblikovanju ciljne arhitekture: servisi u Docker kontejnerima, orkestracija putem HashiCorp Nomada i povezanim tehnologijama

- Izrada i provođenje smjernica za razvoj: code review, standardi kodiranja, automatizirano testiranje, CI/CD procesi i dokumentacija.

- Mentoriranje članova tima i pomoć u prelasku s legacy tehnologija na moderan .NET ekosustav.

- Suradnja s upravom, product ownerom i drugim timovima na planiranju prioriteta i rokova.

Tvoj profil:

Obavezno:

- VŠS ili VSS smjera računarstva, elektrotehnike ili matematičkog smjera

- Najmanje 3 godine iskustva u razvoju na .NET platformi (C#), uključujući moderni .NET (Core/6+).

- Iskustvo u vođenju tima ili ulozi tehničkog voditelja.

- Iskustvo s relacijskim bazama podataka

- Poznavanje GIT-a, CI/CD procesa i Docker kontejnera

- Razumijevanje dobrih inženjerskih praksi: čisti kod, testiranje, code review, arhitekturni obrasci

- Proaktivan, angažiran i optimističan pristup radu i rješavanju izazova

- Visoka razina odgovornosti i čvrsto stajanje iza vlastitih odluka i rezultata

- Afinitet prema mentoriranju i razvoju ljudi

- Vrlo dobro poznavanje hrvatskog i engleskog jezika

Poželjno:

- Iskustvo s HashiCorp alatima (Nomad, Consul, Vault) ili drugim orkestratorima (Kubernets)

- Iskustvo s migracijom legacy sustava (VB.NET, .NET Framework, WebForms/WinForms).

- Poznavanje mikroservisne ili modularne arhitekture

- Iskustvo s Linux okruženjem ili infrastrukturom kao kodom
