  • Selbstständige Führung und Organisation von Baustellen im Gartenbau
  • Führung und Koordination eines Teams
  • Ausführung von anspruchsvollen Gartenbauarbeiten
  • Verlegen von Natursteinplatten und Pflasterbelägen
  • Bedienung und Einsatzplanung von Baumaschinen
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und effiziente Arbeitsabläufe
  • Kontakt und Absprache mit Kunden, Bauleitern und Vorgesetzten

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gartenbau
  • Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams

  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B, idealerweise BE

EBA steht für das eidgenössische Berufsattest und BP bzw. eidg. FA für die Berufsprüfung mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis. Zur selben Gattung gehören auch Baumpflegespezialist/in, Gärtner/in Bauführer/in und Gärtnermeister/in.
