Tavo pagrindinės užduotys:

  • Bendrausi su esamais ir potencialiais klientais, išsiaiškinsi jų poreikius ir pasiūlysi tinkamus finansinius sprendimus.
  • Kursi ir palaikysi gerus santykius su klientais, atsakysi į jų klausimus ir padėsi atrasti tinkamiausius sprendimus.
  • Palaikysi ryšį su klientais ir sieksi individualių bei komandos pardavimo tikslų.
  • Bendradarbiausi su kolegomis ir prisidėsi prie pozityvios komandos atmosferos.

Ko tikimės iš Tavęs:

  • Patirtis pardavimų, telemarketingo ar klientų aptarnavimo srityje būtų privalumas.
  • Puikiai mokėsi lietuvių kalbą, o rusų ir anglų kalbų žinios būtų papildomas privalumas.
  • Pasižymėsi gerais bendravimo įgūdžiais, pasitikėjimu savimi ir pozityviu požiūriu.
  • Būsi motyvuotas (-a) siekti rezultatų, mokytis ir tobulėti.

Ką Tau siūlome:

  • Atlyginimą nuo 1 500 iki 2 200 Eur bruto per mėnesį ir daugiau (su pardavimo priedais)! Fiksuotas atlyginimas – 1 500 Eur bruto, o pasibaigus bandomajam laikotarpiui galėsi papildomai užsidirbti iš neribotų pardavimo priedų, priklausančių nuo Tavo rezultatų.
  • Privatų sveikatos draudimą pasibaigus bandomajam laikotarpiui – nes Tavo gerovė mums svarbi.
  • Nemokamus pietus kiekvieną antradienį ir užkandžius biure – kad darbo dienos būtų dar malonesnės!
  • Patogų darbo grafiką – pirmadieniais–penktadieniais, pamainomis nuo 8:00 iki 17:00 val. arba nuo 10:00 iki 19:00 val.
