🎯 SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de Qualidade para atuar estrategicamente na padronização, conformidade e melhoria contínua dos processos produtivos, garantindo qualidade dos produtos, redução de desperdícios, fortalecimento dos sistemas de gestão e suporte à eficiência operacional da empresa.

Essa posição terá atuação direta junto à operação industrial, lideranças e diretoria, contribuindo para evolução da cultura de qualidade, performance e sustentabilidade da organização.

💼 PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES • Supervisionar os processos de qualidade nas operações industriais; • Garantir conformidade com padrões internos, requisitos técnicos e normas aplicáveis; • Liderar auditorias internas, externas e processos relacionados à ISO 9001 e ISO 14001; • Monitorar indicadores de qualidade, perdas, retrabalho, desperdícios e eficiência operacional; • Coordenar tratativas de não conformidades, reclamações e ações corretivas/preventivas; • Atuar estrategicamente na redução de desperdícios e custos operacionais; • Desenvolver e fortalecer cultura de melhoria contínua e disciplina operacional; • Garantir padronização de processos, procedimentos e controles da qualidade; • Liderar e desenvolver equipe da qualidade; • Apoiar tecnicamente produção, manutenção, logística e gestão na análise de problemas e tomada de decisão.

📚 REQUISITOS • Ensino superior em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica, Gestão da Qualidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas; • Vivência em gestão da qualidade no segmento industrial; • Conhecimento em ISO 9001 e auditorias; • Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Porquês, Plano de Ação, análise de causa); • Experiência com gestão de indicadores e melhoria contínua; • Conhecimento em controle de desperdícios, perdas e eficiência operacional; • Disponibilidade para viagens.

⭐ DIFERENCIAIS • Conhecimento em ISO 14001; • Experiência em indústria metalúrgica; • Vivência com reciclagem de metais, corte e dobra ou fabricação de telhas metálicas; • Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos; • Experiência em gestão de processos industriais e redução de custos operacionais.
