Atuação na avaliação/acompanhamento dos principais KPIs de performance da trading (derivados e biocombustíveis), traduzindo números em estratégia de negócio e auxiliando na tomada de decisão.

Atividade:Atuação de controladoria/ business partner de trading;Fluxo de informação: Interface com área de trading/ financeiro e supply, garantindo o fluxo de informação e integridade de dados Acompanhamento e reports: Elaboração de materiais/reports gerenciais (semanais, mensais e trimestrais) que reflitam a estratégia de negócio e entendimento do mercado para auxiliar na tomada de decisão do negócioMelhoria de ferramentas de análise: Desenvolvimento e otimização de ferramentas/modelos de planejamento financeiro com intuito de gerar e analisar criticamente indicadores-chave de desempenho operacional/financeiro e assim, identificar/antecipar desvios, riscos e oportunidades que alavanquem o valor do negócioModelagem e Simulação: apoio no processo de projeção de curto e longo prazo (orçamento)Apoio na análise das operações com hedge e derivativos.

Requisitos e qualificações Pré requisito:Experiência: Vivência em área financeiras (controladoria, business partner e FP&A). Domínio/entendimento de custos e análise de performanceSoft skills: Bom relacionamento interpessoal e excelentes habilidades de comunicação para interagir com demais áreas. Boa capacidade analítica e de tradução de números em estratégia de negócioSkills Técnicos: Domínio de modelagens financeiras. Domínio avançado em Excel e pacote office. Conhecimentos em Python, ou VBA são desejáveis. Educação: Economia, Engenharia, Administração, matemática, estatística ou áreas correlatas.Línguas: Inglês
