💡Nessa vaga, seu desafio será:

  • Contribuir diretamente para a transformação digital de processos nos serviços públicos;
  • Realizar mapeamento de processos transformando-os em digitais, guiados por workflow;
  • Buscar soluções em workflow para tornar processos diários complexos em processos dinâmicos, bem definidos e claros, que dispensam o uso de papel;
  • Realizar manutenção em workflow que já está implantado.

🙌 Para essa posição, você vai precisar de:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em curso nas áreas de Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Tecnologia (Sistemas da Informação, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, dentre outros), Engenharias ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Bom raciocínio lógico;
  • Será um diferencial experiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou conhecimento básico com banco de dados.
