Uma startup de tecnologia com mais de 10 anos de operação e diversos produtos no mercado de encontros online. Somos uma empresa formada por pessoas que amam tecnologia e que desejam quebrar as barreiras de distância entre as pessoas.

Trabalhamos com autonomia real e IA no centro do fluxo de engenharia. Usamos Claude Code, Codex e outras ferramentas de IA todos os dias, com spec-driven development, para construir e entregar rápido sem perder qualidade.

Sobre a vaga

Buscamos um(a) Engineering Manager para liderar nosso time de desenvolvimento no dia a dia. A pessoa responde pela entrega do time e pelo crescimento de cada dev, e reporta semanalmente ao CEO.

Nosso time é formado principalmente por desenvolvedores plenos. Por isso o trabalho é desenvolver pessoas, cobrar entrega e levar o time inteiro para um jeito de trabalhar com IA que seja rápido e confiável.

O que você vai fazer

Fazer 1:1s com todos os desenvolvedores, dar feedback e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de cada um Responder pela entrega do time: alinhar toda semana com os PMs e garantir que o que foi combinado é entregue Conduzir a gestão de performance até o fim, incluindo planos de melhoria e desligamentos quando necessário Garantir que os PRs são revisados rápido e com qualidade Liderar o uso de IA no time: definir como especificar, delegar para agentes, testar e revisar, e garantir que todos trabalhem assim Manter os projetos existentes rodando enquanto os produtos novos avançam Participar da contratação e cuidar do onboarding dos novos desenvolvedores Dedicar cerca de 30% do tempo à mão no código: revisar PRs e programar quando precisar

O que esperamos de você

Experiência liderando times de desenvolvimento, com histórico de fazer pessoas crescerem Sólida experiência prévia como desenvolvedor(a) e vontade de continuar programando Maturidade para tomar decisões difíceis sobre pessoas Uso de IA no desenvolvimento como prática diária, não como interesse: você tem um processo próprio que torna o resultado da IA confiável (especificação antes, agentes executando, testes e revisão no final) e sabe mostrar isso com exemplos reais Experiência prática com Claude Code, Codex ou ferramentas equivalentes Comunicação clara com produto, marketing e liderança Mentalidade de produto e foco em resultado
