LE POSTE

Le Pôle Conseil d’Ippon regroupe les Architectes les plus chevronnés de l’entreprise. En tant que Solution Architect, vous serez amené à conseiller plusieurs clients en parallèle tout en étant maître de votre emploi du temps. Vous disposez d’une expérience étendue qui vous permet de prendre beaucoup de hauteur vis à vis des sujets que vous traitez, pour autant vous possédez une ou plusieurs expertises sur lesquelles vous êtes connu ou reconnu par vos pairs : Architectures Data, Cloud, Architecture du SI, Devops… En tant que membre du Pôle Conseil, vous interviendrez également dans le cycle de vente des missions (avant-vente, RAO, soutenance, …) et aurez un avis décisif dans l’appréciation des projets.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Accompagner les projets de transformation de nos clients en définissant ou concevant leurs architectures de demain (audit, cadrage, POC, accompagnement, formation, …)

Travailler en équipe avec des consultants aux compétences complémentaires (Consultants métier, coaches, experts, ...)

Passer 80% de votre temps sur des missions clients (parfois plusieurs simultanément)

20% sur de la capitalisation :

- Participer aux actions de communication internes et externes d'Ippon : Blog, Events, BBL, White papers, Présence aux salons IT, …

- Participer activement à la veille technologique (études, PoC, REX mission) au sein d’une communauté d’expert et à l’évangélisation en interne des dernières technologies

Porter l’innovation et conseiller la direction technique pour orienter l’entreprise vers la maîtrise des sujets les plus pointus et les plus intéressants.

Pour accompagner la progression de ses consultants, Ippon a créé le programme Black Belt, décliné au sein de chaque practice. Grâce à un cadre clair de progression, à un mentor dédié et à des moyens adaptés (formations, certifications, temps dédié pour R&D, capitalisation des connaissances et participation aux salons), vous avez toutes les clés en main pour parfaire vos compétences, faire évoluer votre carrière et devenir une ceinture noire de votre domaine.
