Dla naszego klienta, w ramach aktywizacji zawodowej, poszukujemy osoby z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności na stanowisko Specjalista ds. Marketingu (K,M). Szukamy osoby z doświadczeniem w marketingu, która potrafi samodzielnie tworzyć treści, przygotowywać materiały marketingowe, prowadzić kampanie i analizować ich skuteczność.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Tworzenie i publikowanie treści na stronę internetową oraz w mediach społecznościowych.
  • Przygotowywanie materiałów marketingowych i sprzedażowych, m.in. prezentacji, broszur, case studies, grafik i prostych materiałów wideo.
  • Administracja i rozwój strony internetowej opartej na WordPressie.
  • Prowadzenie kampanii reklamowych w LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads i Google Ads.
  • Przygotowywanie treści na landing page’e oraz materiałów wspierających kampanie.
  • Organizacja webinarów, konferencji, targów i innych wydarzeń marketingowych.
  • Współpraca z dostawcami, partnerami oraz innymi działami firmy przy realizacji projektów marketingowych.
  • Monitorowanie konkurencji, trendów i nowych rozwiązań w marketingu.
  • Wsparcie działań z zakresu SEO, GEO oraz wykorzystania AI w marketingu.
  • Analiza wyników kampanii, strony internetowej, mediów społecznościowych i newsletterów oraz przygotowywanie raportów i rekomendacji.

Wymagania:

  • Aktualne orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności.
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku.
  • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu treści marketingowych, sprzedażowych lub eksperckich.
  • Znajomość systemów CMS, w szczególności WordPress.
  • Umiejętność obsługi Canvy i CapCut lub podobnych narzędzi.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu kampanii reklamowych w LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads lub Google Ads.
  • Umiejętność analizy danych i wyciągania wniosków z prowadzonych działań marketingowych.
  • Samodzielność, dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność prowadzenia kilku projektów jednocześnie.
  • Kreatywność, inicjatywa i dbałość o jakość oraz estetykę przygotowywanych materiałów.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w e-mail marketingu, SEO, GEO, wykorzystaniu AI lub marketingu B2B.
