Dla naszego klienta, w ramach aktywizacji zawodowej, poszukujemy osoby z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności na stanowisko Specjalista ds. Sprzedaży B2B (K,M). Szukamy osoby z doświadczeniem w sprzedaży terenowej, która swobodnie nawiązuje relacje biznesowe, potrafi rozpoznawać potrzeby klientów i prowadzić negocjacje handlowe.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z klientami biznesowymi (B2B).
  • Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów i rozwijanie własnego portfolio w przydzielonym regionie.
  • Prowadzenie rozmów i negocjacji z osobami decyzyjnymi oraz kadrą zarządzającą.
  • Analiza potrzeb klientów i przygotowywanie dopasowanych ofert handlowych.
  • Prezentowanie rozwiązań z zakresu energii i gazu klientom biznesowym.
  • Prowadzenie negocjacji oraz finalizowanie umów handlowych.
  • Samodzielna praca w terenie i regularne spotkania z klientami.
  • Planowanie i organizacja własnej pracy oraz realizacja celów sprzedażowych.
  • Bieżące dokumentowanie działań w systemie CRM.
  • Dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy i wysoką jakość obsługi klienta.

Wymagania:

  • Aktualne orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności.
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w sprzedaży terenowej B2B - warunek konieczny.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu negocjacji i rozmów z klientami biznesowymi.
  • Samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Swoboda w kontaktach z osobami decyzyjnymi i kadrą zarządzającą.
  • Gotowość do pracy mobilnej i regularnych wyjazdów służbowych.
  • Aktywne prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • Zaangażowanie, komunikatywność i nastawienie na realizację celów.
