Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Asystenta Działu Kadr (K/M), która chce rozwijać swoje kompetencje w obszarze administracji kadrowej i zdobywać doświadczenie w dynamicznie rozwijającej się organizacji.

Co będziesz robić?

  • wspierać zespół w codziennej obsłudze spraw pracowniczych oraz kontaktach z kandydatami i pracownikami,
  • prowadzić akta osobowe pracowników zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami,
  • przygotowywać umowy o pracę oraz aneksy,
  • ewidencjonować i rozliczać czas pracy, urlopy oraz zwolnienia lekarskie,
  • przygotowywać raporty kadrowe na potrzeby działu HR i zarządu,
  • nadzorować terminy szkoleń BHP oraz badań lekarskich pracowników.

  • pierwsze doświadczenie w pracy w dziale kadr, HR lub administracji.
