Oczekujemy:

  • aktualnego orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności,
  • wykształcenie wyższe,
  • wiedza dot. zagadnień HR,

  • Praktyki- min.1 rok doświadczenia w dziale personalnym,

Mile widziane:

  • znajomość SAP,
  • język angielski - B1,
  • dobra organizacja pracy i skrupulatność,
  • umiejętność pracy z poufnymi danymi,
  • komunikatywność i wysoka kultura osobista,
  • umiejętność pracy w dynamicznym środowisku.

Kluczowe obowiązki:

  • Skanowanie i inwentaryzacja dokumentów (umowy zlecenia, dokumenty dotyczące zatrudnienia), weryfikacja treści dokumentów dostarczanych przez pracowników, przygotowanie raportów dokumentów przekazanych do OSG, wysyłka dokumentów do zewnętrznego archiwum,
  • bieżący kontakt z pracownikami w sprawach kadrowych,
  • wsparcie organizacyjne procesów onboardingowych,
  • przyczynianie się do realizacji projektów z zakresu programów rozwojowych poprzez uczestnictwo w projektach,
  • bieżąca kontrola wpływających faktur VAT oraz płatności, a także wystawianie dokumentów WDK w systemie SAP oraz tworzenie kontraktów SAP,
  • przygotowanie cykliczne zestawienia na potrzeby działu/sekcji,
  • kontrola ważność badań pracowniczych,
  • odpowiedzialność za prawidłowy obieg dokumentów personalnych,
  • wsparcie w procesach rekrutacyjnych (publikacja ogłoszeń, selekcja CV, umawianie spotkań),
  • odpowiedzialność za administrację personalną,
  • współpraca z działem płac i kadr.
