Opis stanowiska:

Jako Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji będziesz odpowiadać za realizację kluczowych procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska asystenckie, stażowe oraz specjalistyczne. Będziesz uczestniczyć w programach talentowych oraz współpracować przy organizacji projektów employer brandingowych.

Twoje główne obowiązki obejmą:

• Prowadzenie pełnych procesów rekrutacyjnych (od publikacji ogłoszeń, przez selekcję aplikacji, po złożenie oferty pracy).

• Realizację założonych KPI, zapewnienie terminowości i zgodności z procedurami (w tym RODO).

• Wspieranie pozytywnych doświadczeń kandydatów poprzez regularny kontakt i informację zwrotną.

• Udział w sesjach Assessment Centre oraz innych działaniach związanych z procesami talentowymi.

• Implementację projektów rekrutacyjnych oraz budowanie wizerunku pracodawcy.

• Zarządzanie procesami w systemie ATS oraz koordynowanie wdrożenia nowych pracowników.

• Współpracę z agencjami rekrutacyjnymi.

Wymagania:

• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu rekrutacji na różne szczeble stanowisk (asystenckie, stażowe, specjalistyczne)

• Znajomość procesów rekrutacyjnych oraz systemów ATS.

• Umiejętność budowania pozytywnych relacji z kandydatami i efektywnej współpracy z zespołem.

• Doskonałe zdolności organizacyjne oraz komunikacyjne.

• Znajomość programów talentowych oraz doświadczenie w realizacji projektów employer brandingowych będzie dodatkowym atutem.
