Dla naszego klienta, w ramach aktywizacji zawodowej, poszukujemy kandydatów z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności, na stanowisko Specjalisty ds. Obsługi Klienta.

Twoje zadania:

  • Rejestrowanie zleceń na zamówienia produktów i usług za pomocą dedykowanych aplikacji.
  • Udzielanie klientom informacji o zamówieniach, dokonywanie ich modyfikacji oraz wsparcie w zakresie obsługi oferty produktowej.
  • Aktywna sprzedaż i dosprzedaż usług oraz produktów.
  • Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości obsługi klienta i rozwiązywanie zapytań w pierwszym kontakcie.
  • Wykorzystywanie dostępnych narzędzi CRM (Outlook, Salesforce) do komunikacji i zarządzania danymi klientów.
  • Zwiększanie obrotów firmy poprzez identyfikację okazji sprzedażowych.
  • Monitorowanie i zgłaszanie nieprawidłowości w procesie obsługi klienta.

Wymagania:

  • Aktualne orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności
  • Doświadczenie w dziale obsługi klienta lub sprzedaży.
  • Znajomość zasad gramatyki i ortografii języka polskiego.
  • Umiejętności sprzedażowe i nastawienie pro-klienckie.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej.
  • Umiejętność pracy z systemami CRM oraz aplikacjami do obsługi klienta.
