The posting

Twoim głównym obowiązkiem będzie koordynacja zespołu oraz pracy oddziału, czyli:

  • organizowanie i nadzorowanie pracy zespołu,
  • udzielanie bieżącej informacji zwrotnej oraz ocen rocznych osobom w zespole,
  • rozpatrywanie reklamacji dotyczących działalności zespołu,
  • nadzorowanie merytoryczne pracy zespołu,
  • nadzorowanie sprzętu medycznego,
  • prowadzenie polityki lekowej, nadzór nad stanem leków w Centrum,
  • współpraca z działem farmacji zabezpieczenie ciągłości pracy poprzez zarządzanie zamówieniami materiałów i leków
  • aktywny udział w tworzeniu i nadzorowanie wewnętrznego systemu jakości,
  • zarządzanie grafikiem pracy bloku operacyjnego,
  • współpraca z lekarzami oddziału i bloku operacyjnego​
  • współpraca z Kierownikiem Oddziału w codziennym funkcjonowaniu jednostki,
  • tworzenie grafików, zarządzanie urlopami, kontrola dokumentacji,
  • bieżące kontrolowanie ksiąg zbiorczych.

Najlepszy kandydat to taki, który:

  • posiada wykształcenie kierunkowe – Pielęgniarstwo (licencjat lub magister) oraz ma 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy w zawodzie, mile widziane na oddziale zabiegowym
  • posiada min. 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy menadżerskiej (zarządzanie zespołem)
  • świetnie organizuje pracę własną i innych
  • jakość obsługi Pacjenta i realizacja procedur są wyznacznikiem jego pracy
  • posługuje się programami Excel, Word i Outlook.
  • jest nastawiony na realizacje celów.
