Dla jednego z naszych klientów poszukujemy obecnie kandydatki/kandydata na stanowisko Starszy Specjalista / Starsza Specjalistka ds. Wsparcia Operacyjnego- praca hybrydowa

Zadania:

  • bieżący kontakt z placówkami partnerskimi,
  • procesowanie umów, aneksów i zmian kontraktowych,
  • monitorowanie kosztów współpracy i przygotowywanie analiz,
  • wsparcie placówek w rozwiązywaniu zgłoszeń i problemów,
  • obsługa reklamacji i refundacji,
  • przygotowywanie raportów i aktualizacja dokumentacji,
  • inicjowanie zmian optymalizujących obsługiwane procesy,
  • śledzenie zmian i trendów w branży stomatologicznej oraz rekomendowanie usprawnień w działaniach firmy.

Oczekiwania:

  • minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w pracy w obszarze operacyjnym,
  • rozwinięte umiejętności analitycznego myślenia, wyciągania wniosków, dbałość o szczegóły,
  • bardzo dobre umiejętności interpersonalne, umiejętność budowania relacji,
  • bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, inicjatywa w podejmowanych działaniach, zaangażowanie, kreatywność,
  • samodzielność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań,
  • dobra znajomość MS Excel,
  • posiadanie orzeczenia o niepełnosprawności.
