Do zadań osoby zatrudnionej na tym stanowisku należeć będzie:

  • prowadzenie szkoleń w zakresie sprzedaży i obsługi Pacjenta w regionie mazowieckim (Warszawa + Olsztyn),
  • bieżąca analiza potrzeb szkoleniowo-rozwojowych,
  • stała współpraca z Koordynatorami Zespołów Obsługi Pacjentów,
  • rekomendowanie i wdrażanie dodatkowych działań mających na celu wzrost wyników sprzedaży i jakości obsługi,
  • opieka merytoryczna nad powierzonym obszarem dotyczącym obsługi Pacjenta i sprzedaży,
  • udział w procesach projektowania szkoleń, programów rozwojowych, onboardingu i testów wiedzy.

Wymagania

  • doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze przygotowywania i prowadzenia szkoleń,
  • znajomość technik sprzedaży oraz standardów obsługi Klienta,
  • mobilność, gotowość do wizyt w centrach medycznych,
  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży/obsłudze Klienta,
  • inicjatywa, odpowiedzialność i samodzielność,
