Job Description:

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeit­punkt Unterstützung als:

Value & Access and Public Affairs Lead ​ ​(w/m/d)

Die Position des Value & Access and Public Affairs Lead (m/w/d) bei Ipsen vereint Value & Access und Public Affairs in einer Führungsfunktion, um durch enge Abstimmung beider Bereiche sowohl politische Rahmenbedingungen zu gestalten als auch den Marktzugang für Ipsens innovative Therapien in Deutschland effektiv sicherzustellen.

Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer integrierten Strategie für Value & Access und Public Affairs, die gesundheitspolitische Interessenvertretung und Marktzugangsprozesse eng verzahnt
  • Steuerung aller relevanten Marktzugangsaktivitäten, einschließlich AMNOG-Verfahren, Nutzenbewertung und Dossiererstellung
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu politischen Entscheidungsträgern, Behörden, Krankenkassen, Verbänden und weiteren Stakeholdern im Gesundheitswesen
  • Vertretung des Unternehmens in gesundheitspolitischen Gremien, Verbänden und bei Veranstaltungen sowie aktive Positionierung von Ipsen in politischen Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden (Public Affairs Manager, Value & Access Manager) sowie Förderung einer teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen wie Medical Affairs, Kommunikation, Patient Advocacy, Vertrieb und Regulatory Affairs zur Sicherstellung eines kohärenten Außenauftritts
  • Entwicklung von Positionspapieren, Briefings und Argumentationslinien zur Unterstützung der politischen Kommunikation und internen Entscheidungsfindung
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von politischen Dialogformaten wie parlamentarischen Abenden, Round Tables oder Stakeholder-Workshops
  • Beobachtung und Analyse gesundheitspolitischer und regulatorischer Entwicklungen auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien im Rahmen aller Aktivitäten im Bereich Value & Access und Public Affairs

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in Politikwissenschaft, Public Health, Gesundheitsökonomie, Pharmazie oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
  • Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in Public Affairs, Government Relations oder gesundheitspolitischen Institutionen (z. B. Ministerien, Verbände, Behörden oder Agenturen)
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk zu politischen Entscheidungsträgern und relevanten Akteuren im Gesundheitswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und der regulatorischen Entscheidungsprozesse (z. B. AMNOG-Verfahren, G-BA-Beschlüsse, Erstattungssystem)
  • Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich Rare Diseases, Onkologie oder Neuroscience
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Positionspapieren, politischen Argumentationslinien und Briefings
  • Sehr ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit für überzeugende Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Hohes strategisches Denkvermögen, gepaart mit diplomatischem Geschick und Eigeninitiative
  • Hervorragendes Organisationsvermögen und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Unternehmenseinheiten
  • Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz (fachlich oder disziplinarisch) sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
