Das infas-Institut in Bonn erforscht seit über 60 Jahren, was die Gesellschaft bewegt. Wir führen nationale und internationale sozialwissenschaftliche Studien durch und beantworten komplexe Fragestellungen mit empirischen Ergebnissen. Unsere über 140 Expertinnen und Experten liefern die Forschungs- und Beratungsleistung für wesentliche Entscheidungen in Wissenschaft, Politik, Verwaltung und Unternehmen.

Damit Forschungsprojekte erfolgreich durchgeführt werden können, müssen zahlreiche Versand- und Kommunikationsprozesse präzise geplant, koordiniert und umgesetzt werden. Von Anschreiben über Erinnerungen bis hin zu Incentives sorgen wir dafür, dass die richtigen Unterlagen zur richtigen Zeit bei den richtigen Empfänger:innen ankommen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Mitarbeiter:in für die Versandkoordination in Bonn.

Deine Rolle bei uns

Im Versand-Team koordinierst du die Umsetzung postalischer und elektronischer Versandmaßnahmen innerhalb unserer Forschungsprojekte. Du sorgst dafür, dass viele einzelne Prozessschritte effizient zusammenwirken und Projekte termingerecht sowie in hoher Qualität umgesetzt werden.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Du planst, organisierst und steuerst Versandmaßnahmen.
  • Du koordinierst alle erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte vom Versandkonzept bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit den Projektleitungen sowie weiteren internen Fachbereichen ab.
  • Du arbeitest mit externen Produktions-, Druck- und Versanddienstleistern zusammen.
  • Du organisierst und verfolgst Freigaben, Termine und Produktionsabläufe nach.
  • Du prüfst Versandunterlagen, Adressdaten und Produktionsinformationen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität.
  • Du unterstützt das Team bei der praktischen Umsetzung von Versandmaßnahmen.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Datenschutzanforderungen sicher.
  • Du erkennst mögliche Risiken frühzeitig und entwickelst passende Lösungen, bevor Probleme entstehen.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe mit.

Was du mitbringst

Für diese Position suchen wir vor allem eine Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, strukturiert arbeitet und auch bei vielen parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick behält.

Idealerweise bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, organisatorische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder verfügst über eine entsprechende praktische Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Koordination von Prozessen, Projekten oder Dienstleistern mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Du behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und einen Blick fürs Detail aus.
  • Du denkst vorausschauend und erkennst mögliche Risiken frühzeitig.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen um.

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Versand-, Produktions-, Logistik- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld gesammelt.
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse datenbasierter Arbeitsprozesse.
  • Du interessierst dich für Prozessoptimierung und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Abläufen.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Dienstleistern.
