Job Description

Lidera el levantamiento de información de los estudios asignados desde su aprobación inicial hasta la presentación de resultados, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, tiempos de entrega y productividad. Da respuesta a las necesidades de negocio del cliente mediante análisis sólidos, insights accionables y recomendaciones estratégicas. Participa en el diseño metodológico de los estudios, elaboración de cuestionarios, definición de planes de análisis y desarrollo de reportes en forma, contenido y storytelling.

El Senior Research Analyst de MSU es responsable de estructurar cuestionarios, analizar la información generada en cada proyecto y desarrollar presentaciones ejecutivas que traduzcan los hallazgos en recomendaciones claras para el cliente. Asimismo, coordina las etapas operativas del estudio, da seguimiento a proveedores internos y externos, asegura la calidad de la información recopilada y contribuye al desarrollo de talento junior dentro del equipo.

Responsibilities

Diseño y revisión de cuestionarios cuantitativos y/o cualitativos. Definición de muestras y coordinación con equipos de operación. Supervisión de la calidad de datos y validación de resultados. Análisis e interpretación de información para generar insights de negocio. Elaboración de reportes y presentaciones ejecutivas para clientes. Presentación de resultados y recomendaciones a clientes internos y externos. Gestión simultánea de múltiples proyectos asegurando cumplimiento de tiempos y presupuesto. Mentoría y acompañamiento a analistas junior.
