Aufgabe Für unseren Kunden in der Ostschweiz suchen wir eine zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit für den internen IT\\-Support. Sie unterstützen die Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen und Störungen rund um ihre IT\\-Arbeitsplätze. Im 1st\\- und 2nd\\-Level\\-Support analysieren Sie Probleme, erarbeiten Lösungen und stimmen sich bei Bedarf mit weiteren Fachpersonen ab. Sie bearbeiten Supportanfragen im Ticketsystem, richten Benutzerkonten und Arbeitsplätze ein und halten die Geräteverwaltung aktuell. Zudem erstellen Sie Anleitungen, dokumentieren Lösungen und unterstützen die Mitarbeitenden im Umgang mit den eingesetzten Anwendungen. Sie arbeiten in einer vorwiegend Microsoft\\-basierten Umgebung und begleiten die Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsplatzinfrastruktur. Wartungsarbeiten im Team sowie die Beteiligung am Pikettdienst ergänzen Ihre Aufgaben. Die Tätigkeit erfolgt überwiegend vor Ort; gelegentliches Homeoffice ist nach Absprache möglich.
