Aufgabe

Für einen Kunden aus der öffentlichen Verwaltung suchen wir einen erfahrenen Pega Lead Business \& System Architect. Bei diesem langfristigen Projekteinsatz spielen Sie eine zentrale bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Geschäftsanwendungen. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit 5\-10 Jahren Praxiserfahrung, die unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung innovativer Pega\-Lösungen begleitet und nachhaltige digitale Transformationen vorantreibt. In dieser Position verbinden Sie Business und IT, übersetzen komplexe Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungsarchitekturen und überzeugen durch Ihre starke Beratungskompetenz sowie Ihren ausgeprägten Consulting Background. Ihre Aufgaben:

* Anwendung von Pega Blueprint in Kundenprojekten, um Business\-Needs effizient in Architektur\- und Umsetzungskonzepte zu überführen und fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Stakeholder zu schaffen * Eigenständige End\-to\-End\-Umsetzung von Proof\-of\-Concepts (PoCs) direkt beim Kunden \- inklusive Lösungsdesign, Durchführung, Validierung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse * Fachliche Steuerung und Anleitung interdisziplinärer Projektteams zur Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen, konsistenten und effizienten Umsetzung Pega\-basierter Lösungen * Beratung von Kunden auf Augenhöhe zu Pega\-Funktionalitäten, Architekturprinzipien, Best Practices sowie Transformations\- und Optimierungsansätzen * Nutzung von Pega App Studio, um Standardfunktionalitäten, Workflows und Designs live zu demonstrieren und eine greifbare Vision der Ziellösung zu vermitteln * Vorantreiben der Workflow\-Transformation durch den strategischen Einsatz vorkonfigurierter Pega\-Komponenten sowie die konsequente Anwendung der Pega Best Practices * Konzeption und Design robuster IT\-Lösungen und Geschäftsprozesse, unter anderem mittels BPMN\-Modellierung, Prozessdesign und Abstimmung technischer Lösungsarchitekturen * Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme, Lösungsfindung und Priorisierung sowie aktives Stakeholder\-Management * Anwendung agiler Methoden (Scrum) zur iterativen Bereitstellung von Mehrwert und zur strukturierten Steuerung des Projektfortschritts Nach der Einarbeitung werden Sie 2 Tage vor\-Ort in Zollikofen bei Bern arbeiten. Das Arbeitspensum beträgt 80%.

Anforderungen

* Fundiertes Anforderungsmanagement mit klarem Fokus auf die Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Validierung von Business Needs unter Einsatz von Pega Blueprint * Exzellente Geschäftsprozessmodellierung (BPMN) zur Analyse und Optimierung komplexer End\-to\-End\-Prozesse als Grundlage für Pega Case Design * Praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum), insbesondere in der eines Business Architects innerhalb eines Pega Delivery Frameworks * Souveränes Stakeholder\-Management, um fachliche Anforderungen, Pega\-spezifische Lösungsoptionen und Architekturentscheidungen klar zu kommunizieren und zu steuern * Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops, z. B. für Pega Blueprint Sessions, Journey Mapping, DCO\-Workshops (Directly Capture Objectives) und Lösungsdesign\-Workshops * Kompetenz im IT\-Lösungsdesign, insbesondere im Kontext von Pega Case Lifecycle Design, Data Modeling, Integration Design und UI\-Konzepten * Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz und Kundenorientierung, insbesondere hinsichtlich Pega Best Practices, Pega Governance und Transformationsansätzen * Starker Consulting\-Background mit belegbaren Erfolgen in CRM\- oder BPM\-Transformationsprojekten unter Einsatz von Pega\-Technologie * Umfassende Erfahrung mit Pega oder vergleichbaren Low\-Code/BPM/CRM\-Plattformen (z. B. Appian, Camunda), inkl. Fähigkeit zur Überführung komplexer Business\-Anforderungen in skalierbare Pega\-Lösungsarchitekturen Nice\-to\-have Kriterien

  • Erfahrung mit Pega App Studio und der Demonstration von Standardfunktionalitäten und Workflows
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Proof\-of\-Concepts (PoCs) in Kundenprojekten
  • Pega\-Zertifizierungen wie LBA, BA, SSA oder LSA von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Kenntnisse moderner Transformations\- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen im BPM\-/CRM\-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Enterprise\-Architektur\- und Delivery\-Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
