Zu den Schwerpunkten unserer Tätigkeit gehören das Genehmigungs- und Abrechnungsmanagement, die Softwareentwicklung sowie die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen für Krankenkassen und weitere Akteure des Gesundheitswesens.

Als Product Owner Input Management & Automation (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Input-Management-Lösungen und treibst die Digitalisierung sowie Automatisierung zentraler Geschäftsprozesse voran. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Entwicklungsteams, Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern zusammen und gestaltest aktiv die Modernisierung einer komplexen Systemlandschaft.

Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT, priorisierst Anforderungen und stellst sicher, dass technische Lösungen einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert für unsere internen und externen Kunden schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und strategische Ausrichtung des Produktbereichs Input Management & Automation
  • Steuerung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
  • Analyse, Aufnahme und Bewertung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Ableitung technischer Lösungen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen
  • Begleitung von Modernisierungsinitiativen innerhalb einer komplexen Legacy-Systemlandschaft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklern, Architekten und Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen
  • Steuerung von Projekten und fachliche Begleitung der Produktentwicklung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten Kommunikation von Produktzielen, Prioritäten und Umsetzungsergebnissen
  • Aktives Stakeholder-Management in einem dynamischen und interdisziplinären Umfeld

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement und der Steuerung komplexer IT- oder Digitalisierungsprojekte
  • Verständnis für Prozessautomatisierung, digitale Workflows und moderne Softwareentwicklung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systemlandschaften und Legacy-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägtes Ownership-Mindset sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
  • Eigeninitiative sowie Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Kenntnisse oder ein starkes Interesse an den Themen Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung und digitale Innovationen
