Buscamos um(a) Senior Consultant para integrar nosso time de Consultoria, atuando na interseção entre Data & Analytics, Healthcare e Consultoria.

Essa pessoa trabalhará com diferentes fontes de dados de saúde para explorar informações, desenvolver análises e transformar dados em insights relevantes para desafios de negócio do setor de Healthcare.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Explorar e analisar bases de dados de saúde, utilizando SQL e, quando aplicável, ferramentas como Python ou R.
  • Estruturar análises a partir de dados complexos e heterogêneos, avaliando sua qualidade, potencial analítico e potencial de negócio.
  • Identificar insights, padrões e perguntas de negócio que possam ser investigados a partir dos dados disponíveis.
  • Traduzir resultados analíticos em implicações relevantes para clientes de Healthcare.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com a liderança da área na construção de análises e proposição de soluções.
  • Ter uma postura proativa, identificando novas possibilidades de análise, identificando oportunidades e conectando dados às oportunidades de negócio, em vez de atuar apenas mediante demandas analíticas previamente definidas.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Experiência em Analytics, Business Intelligence, Real World Data/Evidence, Consultoria ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento prático de SQL para acessar, manipular e analisar bases de dados. Conhecimento de Python e/ou R será considerado diferencial.
  • Não buscamos necessariamente um perfil de desenvolvimento ou engenharia de dados. O foco está na análise, interpretação e aplicação dos dados a problemas de negócio.
  • Será um diferencial o conhecimento do setor de Saúde, Farmacêutico ou Life Sciences, suficiente para interpretar dados dentro do contexto de negócio.
  • Perfil curioso, investigativo e orientado à resolução de problemas. Capacidade de transformar análises em insights e oportunidades acionáveis.
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de interagir com profissionais de diferentes perfis (técnicos e de negócio).

Requisitos:

  • Graduação completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia (Todas as modalidades), Administração, Economia, Farmácia ou outro campo relacionado
  • Conhecimentos avançados em SQL, Excel e Power Point
  • Desejável experiência com inteligência de mercado/ análises de dados / área de saúde e/ou consultoria estratégica
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em São Paulo/SP
  • Inglês intermediário
