Per ampliamento dell’organico, ricerchiamo 1 Addetto/a Ufficio Gare che gestirà l’intero ciclo di partecipazione a gare pubbliche e private, con focus sui settori sanitario, socio‑sanitario e sociale, riportando direttamente al Project Manager dell'azienda.

Cosa farai:

• Monitoraggio quotidiano dei bandi su piattaforme dedicate (MePA, portali regionali (Soresa), ambiti territoriali sociali e GUUE/TED), con configurazione e presidio degli alert.

• Valutazione delle opportunità: analisi di requisiti, punteggi e costi-benefici, checklist Go/No-Go e proposta motivata di partecipazione alla Direzione.

• Strategia di gara: individuazione della società/struttura del Gruppo più idonea, definizione di eventuali RTI e partnership.

• Preparazione delle offerte: pianificazione, redazione e coordinamento della documentazione tecnica, economica e amministrativa, con template e checklist già pronti.

• Qualità e compliance: verifiche pre-invio, DGUE, avvalimenti, gestione riservata delle informazioni.

• Invio su portali telematici e PEC, con gestione anticipata delle scadenze.

• Post-aggiudicazione: kick-off, piano di avvio e passaggio strutturato della commessa alle strutture operative.

• Misurazione e reporting: registro gare, KPI, report periodico alla Direzione, lessons learned e aggiornamento della libreria.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia, Scienze dell'Amministrazione, Scienze Politiche, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.
  • Esperienza di 1/2 anni (o superiore) nella gestione end-to-end di gare d'appalto pubbliche, idealmente nei servizi alla persona o nel socio-sanitario.
  • Conoscenza del Codice dei contratti pubblici e degli istituti di gara (DGUE, avvalimento, RTI, requisiti, criteri di aggiudicazione).
  • Conoscenza delle procedure di gara nei settori sanitario, telemedicina, servizi sociali e cooperative sociali.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di bandi finanziati dal PNRR e/o conoscenza delle procedure AGENAS.
  • Capacità di analizzare e interpretare capitolati, disciplinari e documentazione di gara.
  • Esperienza nella predisposizione della documentazione amministrativa e nel coordinamento con uffici tecnici e commerciali.
  • Padronanza delle principali piattaforme di e-procurement (MePA, Soresa, piattaforme regionali).

Cosa offriamo

  • Inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato
  • Range retribuzione mensile: 1.600,00€ – 1.800,00€
  • Bonus economico legato all'aggiudicazione delle gare
  • Sede di lavoro: Ottaviano (NA).
  • Orari: lunedì-venerdì, 9:00-17:30
