The posting

IRIMED, spécialiste de l’imagerie médicale, accueille ses patients au sein de 21 sites implantés sur Nantes, Saint-Nazaire et sa région.

Notre groupe a su se développer progressivement grâce à l’intégration de nouveaux médecins, de nouveaux sites et de nouveaux équipements. En 2026, il regroupe 69 médecins radiologues et emploie 400 collaborateurs répartis sur 21 sites.

Les médecins radiologues d'IRIMED, tous associés, sont unis par des valeurs d’exigence, d’engagement, de dynamisme et de développement.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons un(e) Secrétaire Médical(e) en CDD au sein de l’Hôpital Privé du Confluent.

Vos principales missions :

  • Assurer l’accueil et la prise en charge des patients
  • Prise de rendez-vous, gestion des urgences et programmation d’examens d’Imagerie
  • Facturation des examens et gestion des encaissements
  • Frappe de comptes-rendus (si besoin) et transmission
  • Gestion et relance des impayés patients
  • Respect du système de qualité : protocoles, accueil, prise de RDV.. Faire partie d'IRIMED, c'est :
  • Exercer dans un environnement stimulant avec une activité qui n'a de cesse d'évoluer et de nombreux projets de développement

Prérequis pour occuper le poste :

  • Vous avez un diplôme de secrétaire médicale ou vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 6 mois à un poste similaire
  • Aimer travailler en équipe
  • Gérer le relationnel avec les patients
  • S'adapter aux situations professionnelles et aux interlocuteurs
