Om tjänsten Som specialpedagog hos oss får du en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av vår verksamhet. Du arbetar med elever inom SFI och grundläggande kurser i svenska och bidrar till att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för lärande, delaktighet och måluppfyllelse. Du blir en viktig samarbetspartner för både elever och pedagoger och får möjlighet att påverka och utveckla skolans lärmiljöer från grunden. Genom handledning, observationer och konsultation stöttar du lärarna i arbetet med att skapa en tillgänglig, inkluderande och framgångsrik undervisning.

Dina arbetsuppgifterStödja elevernas lärande och utveckling. Handleda och coacha pedagoger i specialpedagogiska frågor. Bidra till utvecklingen av inkluderande lärmiljöer. Arbeta med extra anpassningar och pedagogiska strategier utifrån individers och gruppers behov. Medverka i framtagning och utveckling av undervisningsmaterial och arbetssätt. Planera och genomföra kompetensutvecklingsinsatser för personalen. Delta aktivt i skolans kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är engagerad, lösningsorienterad och drivs av att skapa goda förutsättningar för lärande. Du trivs med att samarbeta, bygga relationer och bidra till verksamhetsutveckling samtidigt som du självständigt driver ditt arbete framåt. Vi har som krav att du har erfarenhet av vuxenutbildning och känner dig trygg i att arbeta med digitala verktyg och moderna lärplattformar.

KvalifikationerExamen som specialpedagog är ett krav. (Behöver verifieras innan intervju kan bli aktuellt) Minst ett års erfarenhet av vuxenutbildning är ett krav. (Behöver verifieras innan intervju kan bli aktuellt) God kunskap om skolans styrdokument och specialpedagogiska arbetssätt. God digital kompetens. Legitimation och/eller erfarenhet inom svenska som andraspråk är meriterande.
