What You'll Do

  • Open new business conversations through outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Research target accounts and map the decision-makers who matter
  • Book qualified demos and meetings for the sales team
  • Keep the CRM pipeline clean, current, and healthy
  • Nurture leads through the sales cycle with consistent follow-up
  • Build presentations, proposals, and sales collateral
  • Work alongside marketing, product, and pre-sales on customer engagements
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts
  • Hit monthly lead generation and business development targets

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BE, or MBA preferred)
  • Freshers welcome, or up to 2 years in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer success
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Confidence and poise in conversations with senior professionals
  • A quick learner who picks up new technology and business concepts fast
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
  • A collaborative approach in a fast-moving environment
