· Je analyseert en volgt complexe financieringsdossiers op volgens de geldende regelgeving en overeenkomsten om een correcte en transparante financiering van zorginstellingen te waarborgen.

· Je verzamelt, controleert en interpreteert gegevens om trends, risico’s en verbeteropportuniteiten te identificeren en beleidsaanbevelingen te onderbouwen.

· Je vertegenwoordigt de dienst bij interne en externe stakeholders en onderhoudt constructieve samenwerkingen in het kader van lopende dossiers.

· Je verstrekt adviezen aan het management en de interne diensten over financiering, beleidsaanpassingen en procesverbeteringen.

· Je ontwikkelt, actualiseert en deelt kennisdocumentatie, richtlijnen en processen om de kwaliteit en consistentie van de dienstverlening te garanderen.

· Je werkt mee aan projecten rond procesoptimalisatie, de implementatie van beheersinstrumenten en de verdere ontwikkeling van het financieringsbeleid.

· Je ondersteunt collega’s bij het ontwikkelen van expertise en het toepassen van nieuwe werkwijzen.

· Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte en onderbouwde werking van de dienst door het opvolgen van projecten en het ondersteunen van strategische beslissingen.

· Je beschikt over een diploma van het hoger onderwijs van het lange type.

· Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en hebt een uitgesproken affiniteit met cijfers en data-analyse.

· Je spreekt Nederlands en vindt het fijn om te werken in een tweetalige omgeving. Het is dan ook een voordeel dat je kennis van het Frans hebt.
