Enfermeiro Júnior para atuar no setor de Enfermaria Cirúrgica no Hospital Santa Casa de Poços de Caldas, com disponibilidade total em escala de 12x36.

Além da prática técnica, o trabalho envolve interação constante com pacientes, familiares e equipe multiprofissional, demandando clareza na comunicação e habilidade para transmitir orientações com segurança e empatia. A rotina proporciona aprendizado contínuo e a oportunidade de atuar de forma decisiva no processo de recuperação dos pacientes, unindo organização, agilidade e envolvimento humano em cada detalhe da assistência.

Entre suas principais atribuições, destacam-se:

  • Acompanhar pacientes em pré e pós-operatório, monitorando sinais vitais, acessos venosos, sondas, drenos e curativos;
  • Auxiliar no preparo do paciente para cirurgia, realizando checklist cirúrgico e conferência de exames;
  • Realizar cuidados específicos de enfermagem: curativos, controle hídrico, glicemia capilar, administração de medicações e suporte ventilatório simples;
  • Prestar assistência a pacientes graves e acompanhar transporte interno quando necessário;
  • Auxiliar na prevenção de complicações pós-operatórias, como infecções, lesões por pressão e alterações hemodinâmicas;
  • Apoiar em transfusões, administração de nutrição enteral e parenteral, observando possíveis reações adversas;
  • Manter registros completos e fidedignos em prontuário e relatórios institucionais;
  • Atuar em suporte básico de vida quando necessário;
  • Controlar materiais, medicações e carrinho de emergência, assegurando reposição e organização da unidade;
  • Orientar pacientes e familiares quanto aos cuidados no período cirúrgico e pós-alta hospitalar;
  • Participar de treinamentos, campanhas institucionais e ações de educação continuada.
