Atua com foco na organização eficiente das rotinas, garantindo a excelência no cuidado ao paciente por meio de práticas humanizadas e empáticas.

Assume responsabilidades como a administração segura de medicamentos, suporte a procedimentos, controle rigoroso de materiais e elaboração de registros precisos, sempre alinhado às normas técnicas e protocolos de biossegurança.

Alia sensibilidade no atendimento a pacientes e familiares com capacidade analítica e planejamento, promovendo um ambiente acolhedor e colaborativo que assegura a qualidade do serviço.

Entre suas principais atribuições, destacam-se:

  • Administrar medicamentos e realizar curativos de baixa e média complexidade.
  • Realizar a coleta de amostras laboratoriais, bem como procedimentos assistenciais inerentes à função.
  • Conferir, repor e organizar materiais, equipamentos e carrinhos de emergência.
  • Identificar leitos e pacientes conforme protocolos institucionais.
  • Acompanhar transporte e encaminhamento de pacientes para exames ou alta.
  • Manter prontuários organizados e atualizados, assegurando registros adequados.
  • Passar visita nos leitos diariamente, monitorando as necessidades do setor.
  • Colaborar ativamente com a equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para a integralidade e qualidade da assistência prestada.
  • Atuar seguindo biossegurança e protocolos institucionais.
  • Participar de treinamentos institucionais.
  • Garantir a transferência do cuidado entre as equipes, assegurando continuidade e segurança na assistência.
