Neste cargo, você será responsável por gerenciar e estruturar projetos de organização documental, definir instrumentos arquivísticos técnicos e legais e garantir a conservação e integridade do acervo.

What You’ll Do

Neste cargo, você vai:

  • Elaborar, estruturar e acompanhar projetos de gestão documental, desenvolvendo tabelas de temporalidade, planos de classificação e manuais de normas para assegurar a organização eficiente e a conservação dos acervos.
  • Colaborar com as equipes operacionais de todas as áreas para prestar suporte técnico, definir parâmetros de cadastro em banco de dados e garantir a excelência no atendimento ao cliente.
  • Garantir a conformidade com as normas internas, balizamentos legais, prazos de retenção e procedimentos técnicos para preservação e restauração de acervos e mídias.
  • Realizar checklists junto ao cliente durante auditorias e acompanhamentos operacionais.
  • Participar de reuniões com o cliente, realizando alinhamentos e acompanhando demandas.
  • Acompanhar o faturamento do cliente e realizar conferências com base nos dados e serviços executados pela Iron Mountain.
  • Acompanhar dashboards de qualidade, indicadores e resultados relacionados à operação.
  • Realizar a intermediação e acompanhamento de demandas quando houver necessidade de visitas a outros clientes.

What You’ll Bring

O candidato ideal terá:

  • Mínimo de 6 meses a 1 ano de experiência na área de arquivologia, gestão documental ou setores correlatos.
  • Domínio de técnicas de classificação documental, tabelas de temporalidade, normas técnicas de arquivamento e Pacote Office em nível intermediário.
  • Capacidade comprovada em atenção concentrada, agilidade, proatividade, organização do trabalho e trabalho em equipe.
  • Ensino Superior Completo em Arquivologia com Registro Profissional ativo no Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE).
