Position Title: Operations Manager

Location: Remote | Day-shift

Type of Employment: Casual

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, improve internal processes, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills who can manage teams, optimize workflows, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support.
  • Coordinate across departments to improve communication and collaboration.
  • Track project progress using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for leadership.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution.
  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and operational planning sessions.
  • Ensure company policies and quality standards are followed.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Manage client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Support leadership with strategic planning and operational initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote business environment.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation.
  • Background in operations within marketing, creative, recruitment, or service-based businesses.
