This isn't your traditional estimating position. We're looking for someone who can open doors, develop relationships with general contractors, generate new opportunities, and turn those opportunities into profitable projects.
You'll combine business development leadership with hands-on estimating expertise, helping drive revenue growth while ensuring our bids remain competitive, accurate, and profitable.
If you're an experienced construction professional with a strong network, a passion for winning business, and the technical knowledge to back it up, we want to meet you!
WHO WE ARE
We are a professional drywall, framing, and taping subcontractor serving commercial and residential construction projects.
We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, efficiency, strong relationships, and a commitment to safety and excellence.
We're looking for someone who shares those values and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping our future.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Director of Preconstruction and Business Development, you'll lead our efforts to expand client relationships, identify new opportunities, secure profitable contracts, and oversee preconstruction and estimating activities.
Your primary objective is simple: Generate new business and grow profitable revenue.
You'll work closely with company leadership and our Director of Operations to pursue the right projects, prepare competitive proposals, and ensure successful handoffs to our field teams.
