The posting

Een stevig onderhoudsplan uittekenen én zelf de schroevendraaier vastpakken wanneer het nodig is? Bij ons doe je allebei. Je werkt in dagwerk, start meteen met een vast contract en verdient tussen €3.500 en €3.800 bruto. Bovendien krijg je een bedrijfswagen.

In onze serres kweken wij verse producten op verschillende locaties binnen een straal van 10 km rond Malle. Achter al dat verse lekkers zit verrassend veel techniek: een WKK verwarmt de serres, de vrijgekomen CO2 gaat naar de planten en regenwater gebruiken we na een UV‑behandeling telkens opnieuw. Om alles draaiende te houden, zoeken we een onderhoudsverantwoordelijke.

Jouw to‑dolijst?

  • Je maakt een duidelijk plan voor preventief onderhoud. Zo lopen we niet langer achter de feiten aan en liggen de plannen klaar voor de audits.
  • Op elke locatie werkt een technisch verantwoordelijke. Jij stuurt die vier collega’s aan.
  • Valt een pomp van het irrigatiesysteem uit of gaat een elektrische kraan niet open? Dan grijp jij snel in.
  • Je lost zelf veel op: filters reinigen, compressoren en heftrucks onderhouden, een zekering vervangen of een storing in een hygiënesluis opsporen. Je werk is zo’n 40% elektrisch en 40% mechanisch.
  • Hapert er iets aan een transportband, topsealer of de koeling in de inpakafdeling? Dan spring jij bij.
  • Je volgt alle keuringen op, van opslagtanks en stookinstallaties tot meetpunten die geijkt moeten worden.
  • Je bestelt materialen, overlegt met externe partners en onze energiemanager, en coördineert het onderhoud aan luchtramen, schermdoeken, airco en poorten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt kennis van elektriciteit én mechanica, want je lost veel storingen zelf op.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels. Handig, want zo stuur je ook de collega’s aan die minder vlot Nederlands spreken.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B, want je pendelt tussen onze locaties.
