Valid driver's licence, reliable transportation, and ability to travel by car and air within Canada.

Work Location & Travel This position offers a hybrid working arrangement that combines corporate-office, plant and remote work.   The regular schedule includes working from our Shelburne corporate office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with onsite support at a Shelburne-area plant approximately once per week depending on operational needs. Remote work is generally available approximately two to three days per week, subject to business and operational requirements.   The role also supports operations outside the immediate area. Overnight travel to our locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Québec and Grafton, Ontario is required at least quarterly, with occasional additional travel depending on business needs.     Why Join Ice River? Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
